Weekend Team WOD

15-12-9 reps of:
Burpees
25/35lb Dumbell lunges
20/45lb shoulder press
30 m shuttle run
jumping pullups

This is a team wod, so everyone works out together, go to next exercise together after everyone done, similar to our Team Colorado WOD.
