Tuesday Deck of Cards

Choose an exercise for each suit.
Choose from situps, pushups, pullups, squats, swings, etc.
For jokers do a 400 meter run or 25 burpees.

No one commented, so I assume you didn't get together on Tuesday. If you do a workout today (Thursday) you can do the Deck of Cards.

No crossfit last night as the Quewezances, Poiriers, Husbands, Fiss, and some kids had a big old soccer game at the school yard. It was a lot of fun and we got some exercise running around.
