Ok, here's your Tuesday workout to get back into it:

"Cindy":
3 pull-ups
6 push-ups
9 squats
How many rounds can you do in 10 minutes?

12 rounds.. and I think I need another buttercup WOD on Thursday.

I did this on Sunday with my friend Lindsey who visited from Manitoba and wanted to know about CrossFit. She did 10 rounds and it was her first CrossFit workout ever. I did 13 rounds +3 +6.

I did seven situps today and was the official time keeper for tonights workout. Well done ladies and it was nice to see Les out as well. I will resume working out next week when I'm back home again.

I did 10 +3+6. It is good to get back into it. I haven't done much in probably 5 weeks.

Everyone please come to my house on Thursday at 7 for a work out and to discuss the best way to keep CrossFit going!
