Went to the Y in Regina today and worked out. Ran/walked almost two miles on the treadmill and then did some bench press, overhead shoulder press, some ab work, some squats, and finished it up with some curls. :)
Did some traditional squats with weights on my neck, 225 pounds. Thought it would be lighter as I seen some skinny guy doing about 265 but it was actually heavy haha. Tried to go as deep as I could and really felt the burn. Then did some sets of overhead squats with 95 pounds. A little difficult as I haven't done them in awhile and first time with 95 pounds. Had some people in the gym giving me weird looks like wtf are you doing lol. A couple of gals said that looks hard as they were checking me out. Only problem is I think I might have tweaked a muscle in my butt as my right cheek is pretty sore.

I went swimming... not laps, but with baby in the pool, and keeping my legs moving as much as I could to get some aquatic exercises.
I took Molly for a 2 mile jog.
