For Eleanor

We met Kendra's sister Eleanor on the weekend and did this workout with her:

Three rounds for time:
Overhead lunges w/30lbs for 50 feet
21 burpees

For overhead walking lunges, hold barbell overhead with wide grip and keep shoulders engaged; trailing knee kisses the ground.

Are you kidding? My butt still hurts from doing these walking lunges on Sunday!

My time was 13:50, Eleanor was ahead of me at 12:39. Wish she could workout with us, too bad she lives in Ontario!
