Fitness Test 1

It's the first of the month and time to repeat Fitness Test 1.
Let's see how we've improved!

One minute each of: pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, squats,
with one minute rest in between each exercise.

Compare to April 3 and March 2.

Post scores to comments.

Bonus = Burpee Race
(I am, of course, adding the bonus after the workout...
or else you guys wouldn't have shown up!)

My scores April 4 2/25/23/43 - total of 93

8/24/34/51 = 117 (TODAY)
7/21/34/49 = 111 (Apr.3)

It's great to see improvement!

Burpee race: 50 burpees in 5:16.

Did 55 in 6:33
(my 50 time was 5:49)

My score was 12/29/33/49 = 123

The last time I did this one was on March 3rd --> 5/17/28/48 = 98

Getting better and better!

Shane signing in here, long time member first time poster haha. My score for todays fitness test was 108 I believe. Last month my total was 110 so I went down a little bit.

1/40/21/46 = 108 (May)
4/45/20/41 = 110 (April)

Pull ups went down as last month I did four while standing up and this month I tried hanging from the bar in a complete hang. Could only get my head up to the bar but couldn't finish the pull. Also tried to use better form on my pushups by going deeper and so I dropped off a bit. Squats and sit ups I had minimal improvements. Happy with these scores as I feel I'm toning up nicely. :)

Disclaimer, these scores may be completely wrong as I'm going by memory here.
