"Deck of Cards" Playground

7:00 pm at the school yard

Aces = 11
Face cards = 10
#2-9 = number value

Hearts = push-ups
Diamonds = sit-ups
Spades = burpees
Clubs = squats
Jokers = 25 pull-ups

This is a group workout, everyone moves on to the next card together.

We did it a little differently, I hadn't printed it out, and so we did, pushups, situps, squats and kettle bell swings I used 25lbs, Shane used 30 lbs, Trent did burpees, and Jake used the 15 lb barbell

Thought this exercise would be easier, actually was a bit of a workout. Deck of cards seem to go on forever. I started out skipping instead of kettlebells but that soon ended when I realized how hard it was and a switch was made. Pullups were def the hardest. Couple of young kids were exercising as well making me look bad lol.
