50 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls - 45lbs (simulates a 500 meter row)
50 Wall Ball 10lbs women/20lbs men

I did an 8 mile bike ride on my recumbant.. not the prescribed workout, but something..

I do want to keep going.. The season change around here has affected my daily schedule.. I'm hoping to make a new normal.

I did this workout with Braxton on May 31st. I didn't write down my time, but I'm going to see if Braxton can remember how we did and I'll get back to you.
