(Just found this day...ooops :)OK, didn't workout today but I did yesterday - there just isn't a spot to post it so I'm using this one.Janine came over and we did "Tabata What" (she loves the ab lounger)Tabata WhatAbs - 8 minEliptical - 8 minAbs - 301Eliptical - 2.57km / 28cal.We tried to ad squats but our legs were too dead - my total for those was 56.
