Tiffiny and I did an olympic weightlifting workout today. 10 rounds for time w/50lbs: 5 deadlifts 5 hang squat cleans 5 push press 5 front squats We've done this before but we did 5 rounds of 10 reps each. The total number of reps was the same (50 of each exercise). My time was 22:22, last time it took me 30:41. Tiff did even better but I'll let her post her times. I wanted to quit but I pushed on!

Yes, Brandy, we used the same weight... 50 pounds. Do you want to try it some time? It's the hardest workout I've done yet.
