1.6 km bike sprint (or 200 skips)
20 good mornings w/40lbs
20 situps
20 floor wipers w/40lbs (100lbs for men)
(can add 20 hanging knee raises)
Bonus: "Super Sally"
20 box jump burpees for time!

And then Robin and I did Super Sally, 20 in 2:16.
I did Super Sally with Sombra and we tied at 2:16. First 10 took 48 seconds and then it started to get more challenging!
I did Cora in 19:36 the first round i did 200 skips, which were way longer than the bike, i found, anyways.
Shane did CORA in 19:34 and he used 120 lbs for the floor wipers.
