In groups of 3: Run on treadmill 20lb Bell swings 20 burpees
After the person at the burpee station is done, everyone rotates to the next station.
Brandy, Kendra and Janine went together and Sombra and I went together (we just averaged our burpee times for the length of the third exercise).
By the way, I was talking with Robin tonight and she said that we are going to be doing more group type exercises where we are working together rather than competing with ourselves or eachoter. So, look forward to another group exercise on Thursday. See you all then!
Aaron and I did this one today at his parents' place and averaged our burpee time for the 3rd exercise, just like Tiffiny and Sombra did. Great minds think alike!
We did rowing instead of running and this was my first time trying a rowing machine. I did the 20lb bell swings and Aaron did 50lb.
Did you guys keep score? We counted our calories on the rowing machine, number of bell swings and number of burpees.
Robin = 248, Aaron = 277 We did the workout in 19 minutes.
Unfortunately, we didn't time our exercise, but it was probably more than 19 mins. I had a score of 307 mostly kb swings (174), 60 burpees, and a score of 73 on the treadmill.
This was a real tough one - Trinity kicked my butt. Brandy got so many bell swings b/c I was so slow with the Burpees - and she was so fast with the burpees I didn't get much time on the treadmill(note to self: next time doing this exercise don't go next to Brandy).
