"Steinbach"

Run 400 m
5 Muscle-ups
Lvl B = 3 rounds for time
Lvl I = 4 rounds for time
Lvl II = 5 rounds for time

Substitutes for running 400 m = 240 skips or bike 1.6 k
Substitute for 1 muscle-up = 4 pull-ups + 4 ring dips
(4 pull-ups + 4 push-ups are ok if you don't have rings)

We made this workout to do today in our hometown of Steinbach. We went to our junior high school because they have a 400 m outdoor track. It was +1C. We hung up the rings on the football field post, and started running! I did 4 ring pull-ups and 4 push-ups per muscle-up. I tried to come up with an excuse to quit after 3 rounds, then after 4 rounds, but I pushed myself and finished all 5 rounds!
My final time was 31:23.
I really want to learn ring dips and then muscle-ups.
