11:00 am Kendra came over and we each did different workouts. I did: 20,40,60 m shuttle run 21 burpees 20,40,60 m shuttle run 15 burpees 20,40,60 m shuttle run 9 burpees Time = 8:08 Bonus = Hammer swings
8:00 pm I went over to Kendra's house with Braxton so he could meet her animals... he really wanted to see the donkey. Kendra and I flipped a coin to see if we should do another workout or not. Funny thing is, the coin told us we didn't have to, but then we did anyway! We did half the Tabata workout: 4 min push-ups 51 (last time 40) 4 min sit-ups 75 (last time 73)

No workout for me today, I'm hurting in my arms and shoulders, I need a rest day, but I'll see you tomorrow night. (please let it be a stomach workout and not arms..lol)
As you already know - I went to Robins for and outdoor workout this morning. I did: "Push n' Swing" 40lb Push Press Hammer Swings on a tire was supposed to do 21/18/15/12/9/6/3 I got so carried away with the hammer swings I ended up doing 21 for the first 4 rounds until realizing I was supposed to go down everytime - oh well, a little extra sure doesn't hurt this girl.
Robin, Braxton and Sarah came out tonight (as you already know) I did tabata sit-ups again (my legs are really sore so I can't use the eliptical or do anything else with them).
