Deadlifted 195lbs today! Aaron told me to quit there - my right hand was slipping a bit. Very heavy though after doing Cindy before that and not doing squats for a week. Yippee!!!! I did my first push-up exercises today since starting cross-fit. The pushups were on the stairs but boy o boy did I ever feel it...still do.
I missed the deadlifts at Robin and Aaron's today but did 10-9-8-...1 man makers and knees to elbows at home. I did it in 17:02. I was swinging on some of my knees to elbows to get them up there. I read on the CrossFit site (after) that it is better to just not go all the way up rather than swinging to get there. Ooops. I guess I will correct that next time! (Which is every day until I can do them as well as Robin!)
