Dumbbell Snatch 5 left arm, 5 right arm
Dumbbell Swing 5 left arm, 5 right arm
10 Burpees
Lvl B = 3 rounds for time
Lvl I = 4 rounds for time
Lvl II = 5 rounds for time
Women 15lb DB / Men 25lb DB
Increase DB weight as needed

This may sound crazy, but I did the WOD twice today... second time head-to-head with Brandy.

Finished one burpee ahead of her. PHEW! You guys have got to stop showing up one at a time. LOL!

Yeah and even though robin did the exercise 2X today, she still beat me by 5 seconds...

I didn't do the any WOD on Friday, but we did take an hour long hike along Pasqua lake - and I had a 25lbs baby on my back.. Does that count?
Now I have to go find out what a snatch is. I've got 10lbs dumb bells here.
