Kendra and I did this one together. I did the Full Jonesworthy and my time was 21:24. A month ago, I did it in 26:59, so I took 5 1/2 minutes off my time!
I did Level II Jonesworthy:
Squats 40-32-25-16-8-4
Bell Swing (30lb) 20-16-12-8-4-2
Pull-Ups 10-8-6-4-2-1
Time was 17:40 - did level II a month ago in 15:56 with 20ob bell swings.
