Went to Kendra's for some tabatas.
8 min on elliptical, 3K, 35cal.
4 min sit-ups 10/10/11/10/10/8/7/7 = 73
4 min push-ups 5/5/5/5/5/5/5/5 = 40

Robin came over for a tabata workout, I did:
8 min on elliptical, 2.27k, 26 cal.
8 minute abs (centre and ea side)=269
