Pull-ups, Push-ups, Sit-ups, Squats, one minute each
Compare to March 2, 2007

Box Push-ups

Fitness Test:
Apr 3: 7/21/34/49 total 111
Mar 2: 7/14/28/42 total 91
-Improved everything but pull-ups.
-Increased total by 20.

-Deadlifting was tough after yesterday's DL workout.

Robin, My e-mail isn't working, but could I come do this today? I don't think I did a fitness test on March 2 - so this would be a good time to do a benchmark.. then I could do Diane too.

Had to wait 'til Wednesday to do any workout - Cindy really kicked my butt Monday. Did Diane after Yoga - took me 8:05...Diane gave me another opportunity to do more stair pushups...Thanks Diane!!!

Oh, forgot - didn't do fitness test - will wait til I'm not hurting.
