"Deck of Cards"

This workout has endless variations and is fun as a group.
Choose an exercise for each suit. Go through a deck of cards, one card at a time until completed.

One example:
Clubs = pull-ups
Diamonds = push-ups
Hearts = sit-ups
Spades = squats
(i.e. 10 of hearts would be 10 sit-ups)

Aces can be one or eleven.
Jokers = 100 Jumping Jacks or 100 skips.

done, but I don't know my time. I arrived late, joined in mid deck and then when everyone else was finished, we restarted the deck so that I finished the whole WOD.. but I didn't get a time.

OK, didn't workout today but I did yesterday - there just isn't a spot to post it so I'm using this one.

Janine came over and we did "Tabata What" (she loves the ab lounger)

Tabata What
Abs - 8 min
Eliptical - 8 min

Abs - 301
Eliptical - 2.57km / 28cal.

We tried to ad squats but our legs were too dead - my total for those was 56.
