First time doing full 20 minute Cindy; jumping pull-ups; push-ups are the most difficult for me.
13 rounds + 5 pull-ups + 5 push-ups.

About half my pullups were with toes on a chair behind me, the rest jumping pullups - pullups are the hardest for me.
13 rounds even

I encourage everyone to take your measurements. The pounds are not falling off - AT ALL, but, I did lose 1.25 inches off my waist in the last 3-4 weeks. (you don't have to publish them, keep the records for yourself)

Also first time doing full 20 minute Cindy. I tried to do full pull ups, but most of them ended up being jumping pullups. They are killers for me. 10 round + 5 pull-ups.

Ok, so I did Cindy for the very first time ever(Mon Apr 2/07)...after 2months and 11 days. Had a shoulder/muscle injury that's prevented me from doing pushups. Was going to do wall pushups then Aaron got me to try stair pushups and it felt real good (at least 'til the numbing pain came during the workout). So my very first Cindy I did the full 20 minutes with 10 rounds minus 10 squats - those squats were killer b/c I missed 4 days in a row last week(bad girl).
