20 pull-ups
30 push-ups
40 sit-ups
50 squats
3 minute rest between rounds
3 rounds... record your time for each round.

My time got a little better with each round... I guess as my muscles warmed up.
Round 1 = 7:37
Round 2 = 7:34
Round 3 = 7:10
(This is Barbara Lite, as Barbara calls for 5 rounds)

Didn't do Barbara today - wish I had but I did do more yard work. A good workout but not as challenging. I've had sore legs for a couple of weeks - not sure why. Doctor took blood and said looks like I had - or have a virus. Happy to know there's a reason for how I've been feeling.
